We do our best to ship orders within 3 to 5 business days. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

All shipments are made to the address you list during the checkout, my shop is not liable for incorrect addresses, even if you convo or email after checkout - we do not always receive the message. I do my best to change the address but can not guarantee it.

Once a package has been delivered to the shipping company it is no longer in our control.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Perishable products (like food or flowers)

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
